I would choose to live forever if i would be about 30 years old. But if everyone starts to live forever, we have to discover new worlds. The resources of the world are not enough for all of us.

maybe this is already contrary to the provisions of the creator, because basically humans and what is in this world nothing is immortal. I chose to be a normal human being.

Many people want this kind of life. They are very greedy about the power and they are being selfish with their own objective. They don't want to end their journey in life. They want to live forever.

But for me, this is very boring. I would rather choose not to live forever, thus I want to have a meaningful life no matter how hard it is.

Live forever on this earth.
cool, the scientist can create drugs like that.
But the question is whether to live forever we will be healthy forever forever too.
If you can live forever but we are sick whether we can be happy.
There are several kinds of pain that can be aching mind, heartache and physical pain.

I would not want immortality, now that I'm older death is not as scary a thing as it used to be. Another thing is how sustainable would the world be with the excessive population. People would have to stop procreating at some point.

I don't want to see my self been left all alone by my love ones over and over again while having live my life forever.  You will see everyone dies, love ones come and gone.  I have seen movies about immortals that are suffering as well and they don't seemed to be happy with being like that and I would never want that to happen to me if given the chance.

immortality is a kind of curse. get tired of living after a couple of centuries and you'll want to die.

Same here. To be honest, I’m kinda scared of not being able to achieve all my dreams. I'm still finding my purpose in life, and having the luxury of time to search for it would be amazing. So yes. If there’s an opportunity to live forever, I’d take it.

I would not choose to live forever because I would most likely end up always wondering what's valuable. If you can't die no matter what, everything including both bad and good things keeps happening forever, which at least for me sounds like a torture...

As the Lion King states: Its the cirrrcle of lifeeee.. and it moves us allll (Cool
Personally, I think we are all put on the earth for a reason, the way we respond to things and grow as humans throughout is really important. Solley to create and leave behind memories/ a legacy for our loved ones. So my answer is: no I want to live fully as long as I can and try to make a difference in my short time here. Because ultimately that's all one can ever wish for!

Sure thing, this would be awesome, imagine the possibility of going around the globe and explore every single possible place. The bad thing would be if you for example end up stuck in some hole by mistake and there is no one to pull you out for ages, that would suck  Grin

I would choose to live forever but only if I can end it if I so choose, otherwise I'd feel trapped.

I think if we can make it another 30 years or so we just might be able to make this decision. Mind uploading, AI, neuralinks, virtual worlds etc. could make "immortality" of the consciousness at least possible...

Sure, as long as i also get full control over my body and mind, and some wolverine-like regeneration. Then it could be interesting.
