Even if you have deposited some BTC, you might not get paid either way since you probably deposited into the 1 faucet account that had a balance, and you deposited some BTC just to make the min withdraw.

And that's where you got it wrong there because even me I cant see any iota of sense in it where a site would be invested so much in developing, hosting, even running a signature campaign which is even a new that its most likely that they would have recovered their investment only to scam just few dollars and they also know the implication of such action. In as much as I am not supporting the site, I am sure any action they take, they must have considered the odds.

Its for reasons like this why I think in the future, every dice site will no long have any BTC faucets. They will probably instead just have a demo mode or play money mode to prevent this type of abuse and cheating from occuring.
