I think tokens are issued by smart contract after ICO completes. Be patient.
I invested with ETH and tokens are showing as issued over 1hr 17min ago in blockchain explorer but do not show in wallet. ICO is still live.

Their support is ridiculous, I simply got my transaction stuck there and they don't give a shit, I sent right at the beginning of the ICO. that's a bad start.

I dont know what the issue is guys, I can see all my tokens on myetherwallet.
I even deposited some to the exchange (tidex) with no issue.
