From how many days you are waiting for their reply? You have to post in detail, what is your actual problem there.
They are pretty old platform and even i have traded there few times before without any problem. May be you have to wait a little bit more.

I'm sorry to say, but this exchange is a complete noobhole. It would help if you just state what your issue with them is, because now people can only guess.
It's even worse than Yobit and a few other related altcoin exchanges. I never understand why people choose for such exchanges while there are a few decent ones, and one far superior at the top (poloniex).
This thread fits better in the exchange section I guess.

how long time you wait for their respons? if you waiting it more than 72hours you can make a scam accusation at this section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 but i don't think it can solve your problem, or maybe you can try to contact them everyday till get any respons from them |

I used this exchange site before, when you deposit or withdraw it's instant but last week I got a problem regarding withdrawing my funds. It takes weeks for me to get a response from their support, to cut is short yes I withdrew my funds. And also I notice they increased the withdrawal free from 0.0002btc to 0.001btc, what the heck.

That alone tells a lot about that exchange and it would be better if you stick to the more popular ones like Poloniex and Bitfinex. the problem with these small exchanges is that they don't earn enough money to be able to run all these altcoin wallets smoothly and since nobody really withdraws or deposits these altcoins sometimes their wallets go offline and remain offline. you know that running the wallet takes up server resources.
what you need to do is always checking the status of the wallet and to make extra sure you can do it with a small amount first then go big.
I checked there once for a particular altcoin I wanted to dump but the wallet was offline and when I asked them will it come back I didn't get a proper answer so I gave up. so yeah it kinda sucks.

~ The developers behind the coin are facing problems and thus the exchange can't do anything other than waiting till things work before they notify you.
~ The exchange in question doesn't give a damn about you and other users of their exchange.
May I know what the value of your mojo hodlings in BTC are?

Well, this is the first time that I heard about this exchange. I don't know that something like this exists. If you are going to trade some BTC or altcoin, why don't you just go to the big exchanges out there who have better customer support and have established their name in the crypto world for many years. I will not put any of my money in some unknown exchange site.

Thats reason enough not to like them and completely avoid them. What kind of exchange is that. They hold your money but their support is nonexistent. Its not safe there. Get your money out as soon as possible and dont come back. |

Not a big concern after looking at the ratings of this website all over the internet. It's like miles and years away from the Alexa rank and seems to be scam according to net business rating website. There has to be proper interface than this as well proper handling of the support is most important part anywhere you go and it must be given with the ease.
FYI. Now onwards can't even access the website. Must have been Ponzi site with stealing money intentions. Better visit the popular exchangers around us. Bigger is the exchanger better it is.

This mostly happens to some coins and they don't have a feature to let you know if the coin wallet is online or maintenance. You can report this issue to https://coinexchangeio.freshdesk.com/support/loginFor the alternative, if you can't wait you can try to exchange the coin to other coins like bitcoin or eth which is online and then you can withdraw them without maintenance error. |

How long since you contacted their support? If it is only a few days, you might still have a chance to solve your problem, they might reply in a week or two.
The only problem I got with coinexchange.io is they randomly block my IP Address since my internet service provider gives me a DHCP Private IP Address if I got unlucky they will block my IP Address. Once, somehow my account was blocked, I don't think I did anything wrong, and I still got some deposit there. And I contacted their support, and ask whether I can get my account back, or if they can transfer my deposit to my account. Finally, after about 8 days, they answer my complaint, then I need to verify my old account's email address and transfer my deposit to my new account. I immediately withdraw everything I have there, and never go back.
They are not the worst though because their support still answering my complaint, and I don't lose any money, but they definitely need to improve their support and their system.

Responding in a week or two is so much a long time and very capable of destroying the reputation of an exchange because it will keep invested frustrated. Although, I have not waited that long to be attended to. |

when it comes to money, 1-2 days - it's impermissible.on the good services, the support team is answering in 15 minutes. I'm always comparing such cases with changenow support, they are answering in a few minutes. time is money and they know it. |
