Has anyone successfully withdrawn their bounty coins?

I logged in and withdrew my coins, waited 1 week and still not processed, I logged a support ticket and they are looking into it, then 4 days go past and nothing, sent another support email and got this back:

"Sorry for your waiting, but your case is still beeing checking. It takes time.
When news will be, our team surely will reply you.
Please, have a patience."

It's a farken simple request, just release the coins, what else do you need to look at?

They process them. Sometimes it takes too long especially if you check their team (at least if they really work for the project). A lot of support stuff cannot solve simple withdraws every couple of days? I hope they will improve their service a bit!

Did you read the actual messages? I noticed people wait for like 7 days to get a withdrawal. And I don't think there's a lot of withdrawals .

No one want to sell his Minexcoin, there is expect price rising up, and people have nice interest rate when hold. No reason to sell. MNX is only 1,5 month on exchange.

MNX is new coin and a lot of coins is still in weak hands. But in rich list I can see progress against weak hands. now minimal amount in top 200 wallets is 700 coins(in last week was 600). That mean someone bought a little bit in last dump.
