Minexbank is a type of POS???
No, it is similar to PoS but different.
Coins dealt in MinexBank are supplemented by Premine+Miner commission and do not create new coins like PoS.
For more information please read the white paper.
is there any other coin like this?

wallet says that recent transactions may not be available because it has not finished synching to the network. Has this happened to anyone else?

Perhaps you have failed to synchronize transactions.
Please check Help > Debug Window.
The height of the current block I'm syncing is 61604+.

The number of connections, blocks, and transactions all say zero on my debug window. Is there a way to fix this?

For Windows. Please exit core wallet and access below.
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Minexcoin
or
After Win+R, enter %appdata% and access the Minexcoin folder.

After accessing, delete the file other than 'wallet.dat' and start core wallet.

Okay, I am not using a Mac, but I think most of the way will not change.
Access below and delete anything other than 'wallete.dat'.
~/Library/Application Support/Minexcoin/

Minexcoin Core Wallet is based on Bitcoin Core Wallet.

Whether the team has any plan for developing the web wallets for Minexcoin because I am waiting for many days. Why I am asking because some lappy software will corrupt and dat file will also corrupt, so in this it is not possible to recover the coins.

Yes, Minexcoin team is planning Web and Mobile wallet.
But for now it does not tell the exact time. It has already been discussed and can be read in the past page.

P.S. So far my wallet has no problem but I know Core wallet is difficult to use.

Interesting coin. The price goes up very fast, but on the start of ICO there was a lot of critics. Where they are now?
I think they are making parking)))

you should always backup your wallet.dat .. offline wallets are more secure than online web wallets.

When one buys more MNX how do you get it into the bank for parking?  Do you have to go through support every time?

Thanks!
Wendy!

If you trust livecoin, you can store your MNX there. Its not recommended but the exchange can be your online wallet. You will lose opportunity though compare to just parking your MNX while you have your desktop wallet. Even if you have just 20 MNX, you can still earn MNx every month which is pretty much better than storing on livecoin.

It's easy, basically you just have to move the token to your wallet, create new receiving address, send the token there and sign your address after that you can paste the signed message when register to minexbank and you are good to go.

Ok thanks but that was not the right answer......  the right answer is..... once you get coins in your wallet you go to MNX bank and find the addess you are registered with.  You then send the new coins to that address.  Wait 6 minutes, log out of MNX bank and back in and your new coins will be there ready to park......
