It's simple. When Minexcoin got contract with Novarise about cards they named name of partner(Novarise) But that partner failed to provide card services and contract was terminated. All misunderstandings with CSOB was sorted and now that's in the past. That's no lies, it's normal situation in business. If you going to the phone service and they promising to repair your phone in 2 days but can't do that because delivery service failed to deliver new screen do you starting to run around and scream about scam and lies, or you simply wait while they got new screen?

Sorry that is not a good analogy, the phone screen replacement is not comparable to a massive announcement about securing banking or card partnerships.

I call it gross mismanagement at the very least and outright lies at most.

Ok. But what if you are owner of that phone service, but delivery company or factory failed to provide screens for your company? Correct, you will ask customers to wait and you will start to look for another business partners. Same is here. That's common thing in business world.

I agree with you on that but I cannot agree with is the incompetence on part of either Borys alone or his team by allowing a scam outfit such as Novarise to be part of this. As thunderjet stated in an earlier post the fact Novarise was allowed to be mentioned and trusted without Borys or his team running appropriate checks was a massive failure.

As for CSOB it seems they backed off taking legal action against Minexsystem because Borys claimed Chain2Pay told Minexsystem a deal was in place. And then said Chain2Pay made a mistake but all the while Chain2Pay is Borys II and Minexsystem/Minexpay/Minexcoin is Borys I

Even now there is still scope for people to believe the project but there has to be complete transparency and complete honesty.

Making a deal with Novarise Secrecy was a clear sign on high level on incompetence inside Minex.They didnt bother to check who is that guy when even a look on his FB and Twitter pages was enough to see that he is one of quick-rich scheme scammer.

Novarise didn't scam anyone. Minexsystems got a full refund on the money paid in the deal.
Novarise may have looked sketchy, but the guy had in depth knowledge of running a card program. Also minexsystems did check him out
Notarized proof of identity, notarized proof of address/residency. The issue was not with novarise but with the partners novarise was working with.  When it turned out those partners could not answer some of novarise questions and deliver on time minexsystems decided to end the contract which they could since the contract terms were violated.

Just with a little investigation,which Minex didnt do,you could find it too. Also he was member of Weigrate ICO,which became one of largest ICO scams,where his role was same - to provide payment cards.He was running more than 20 quick-rich sites on same IP as Novarise Secrecy site.It is good if you were able to take refund from him,but that does not releave you from responsibility of unchecking him properly.Minex people had impression that he knows how payment card program works,but it was result due to lacking of theirs knowledge about the process itself - so at the end it is incompetence.

Correct, but there is NO dates when cards should be delivered. So your on time don't mean anything because date of delivery is non set, because project is in developing stage.

Get your head straight. Any crypto card will in essence always be a regular bank card since the banking world still works in fiat. There will alsways be a conversion, whether automatic or manual to fiat, to load to the cards with funds you can spend.

Maybe because novarise just came along their path and those negotiations were already more advanced then with the other issuer, so they parked them until they needed them again. Easy explanations. You can negotiate with multiple partners you know.
Its like shopping online, you pick from various options the company who can deliver the fastest, and when it turns out they cant deliver on time you pick another company.

You are trying to oversimplify things. This was no small shopping online task, this was millions of US$ worth of a company that messed up.

Regardless, Borys should never have announced it and Temhuk should never have posted here about it until things were concrete. The fact all that happens without Borys even checking backgrounds on Novarise shows high levels of incompetence.

Now we wait to see what the future holds for this project.

I would say very very soon considering it was announced yesterday that first batch of customer info was send to the bank for card issueing and that today, just now, people are being asked to supply them with their shipping address.

All I was saying that the first video of payment were used by an ING Atm machine which I assume had some connection with the minex wallet ...I dont know...I was connecting the bank money laundry news back in september with the fact that one of its atm was used for the test payment 
that wallet is just a facade they put on top of a normal crypto to fiat card...lol

Dude learn what a crypto card is. Every crypto card out there, tenx, mco whatever all have normal bank cards with a their brand on it.
Every single one of them will do a conversion to fiat automatically or manual. If they didn't you wouldn't be able to use any atm or pos in the world since the only thing they accept is fiat.

A true crypto mastercard or visa is a fairy tale, each card is a fiat card.
