Minex clearly stated it in the article that they have no even issuing contract which is first step in getting valid payment card.

The thing with "test" cards is that they ALL work. They are supplied by VISA/Mastercard with PINs so they will work and ALL transactions will go through as long as there is a US$/EUR/etc FIAT balance to withdraw from. These Minex scammers are claiming they are doing something "big" by testing cards but any company can ask VISA/Mastercard for test cards and get them.

Borys and his team has overseen this Minexsystem project which had a $169 million market capital less than a year ago to a company with less than $3 million market capital today.

Maybe because novarise just came along their path and those negotiations were already more advanced then with the other issuer, so they parked them until they needed them again. Easy explanations. You can negotiate with multiple partners you know.

It's simple. When Minexcoin got contract with Novarise about cards they named name of partner(Novarise) But that partner failed to provide card services and contract was terminated. All misunderstandings with CSOB was sorted and now that's in the past. That's no lies, it's normal situation in business. If you going to the phone service and they promising to repair your phone in 2 days but can't do that because delivery service failed to deliver new screen do you starting to run around and scream about scam and lies, or you simply wait while they got new screen?

You can have this rule if you release cards on time since you have a lot of delays time, you only can think about your penalty rate to card buyer.

Also, for example, when I'm late to my bank with credit repay, they calculate interest on late. so you promised the end of September, and You postponed for the end of October. Now is December and still nothing.

But there are much more serious issues which cant be named as incompetence:

- false statement made in pre-ICO phase about making a deal with prominent european bank to buy share in Minex for 1705.44 BTC through buying 1.095 millions of MNX. Prominent european bank paid for a share in Minex in BTCs + in that time(late 2016),Minex wasnt existed( it was founded 22.Aug.2017)??  Big bank paid anonymous ICO in BTCs and despite Minex wasnt registred as a company. That was big,fat lie ,because Minex had to return money to investors in case that pre-ICO selling was unsuccessfull.This way,they avoided it.Should be noted that announcement of that deal was made by Boris son himself who are now trying to launch another ICO,Republia.

- launching Minex with 70% parking rate was a clear sign that whole project was made more as a short-lived fradulent HYIP scheme than stable long-term project. Build-in hyperinflation is never sign of project longevity.

- Minex was collected more than enough money to realize complete whitelist. They realized almost nothing,so question is where is the money,if Minex wasnt spent in on project? If someone in business took money to make something and he didnt deliver it ,he has to pays compensations or go to prison for fraud.

- making only InstaBuy and not InstaSell , as a complete tool for price regulation via OTC buy/sell option is not due to incompetence.Everybody knows that if you make only option for selling of coins , it will inevitably lead to continuous price decline.You can make such system only if your real intention is to make money by selling premined coins to naive people who believe in project, all along to the bitter end

- CSOB agreement false announcement wasnt misunderstanding.You can named it as misunderstanding if Minex had some business agreement with CSOB ,but misinterpreted it somehow.

- cant be just incompetence advertising payment card program and collecting money for cards in advance for months,despite Minex has never had any agreement for issuing branded payment cards. Even a genuine apology would have gone a long way after they were exposed as being liars but all they gave was a half-hearted "sorry" and put all the blame on CSOB as a misunderstanding and then put the rest of the blame on Novarise. That was a ridiculous thing to do when clearly Borys and his team were incompetent.

Totally wrong. This was already explained in telegram.
Novarise didn't scam anyone. Minexsystems got a full refund on the money paid in the deal.
Novarise may have looked sketchy, but the guy had in depth knowledge of running a card program. Also minexsystems did check him out
Notarized proof of identity, notarized proof of address/residency. The issue was not with novarise but with the partners novarise was working with.  When it turned out those partners could not answer some of novarise questions and deliver on time minexsystems decided to end the contract which they could since the contract terms were violated.
