The second round of the ICO runs on the principle of the crowdsdale. This means that the coin value will be determined in proportion to the amount collected during the round of funds. For example, if we reach 1000 BTC + bonuses of early participants, for example 500 BTC, the amount will be 1,500 BTC. Since 150 000 coins are available for realization in the second round of the ICO, the price of each coin will be 0.01 BTC / MNC. And this price will be as the base when entering the stock exchange. And the algorithm Minexbank, will not allow it to fall substantially on the first day of trading, as happens with most new currencies. If the ICO reaches. For example 6 000 BTC, along with bonuses, then the price will be 0.04 BTC / MNS. And so on.
