Hello guys,
I have a problem and I need help. I sent some MNX coins from MinexCoin windows wallet to LiveCoin exchange, but I got 0 confirmation. When I paste transaction ID into explorer, i got Not Found error.
In my MinexBank application, i have amount of coins before the transaction, but when I got to my wallet i have smaller amount, and ? sign on the transaction page. How can I retrieve my coins, or how can I push my transaction to be finished?
I had my coins parked on minexBank before the transaction, but i canceled it. Maybe that is the problem?

Hello 13umble13ee, Please contact us at support@minexsystems.com. Send detailed explanation of what you did, the address which is linked to the bank and your exchange address along with screenshots from the wallet and exchange account. |

On what dates the conference is going to held, the government official is attending the conference? Whether Minexcoin is going to attend the conference or team from Minecoin are conducting the conferences?
Hello miningguru. The conference is held today, March 29th. As the website states government official is attending it: https://kiev.bc.events/enOur CEO is present there so if someone wanted to meet him, he arrange meeting. MiexSystems is not conducting conferences (at least at this moment), entire team attended the conference on October 12, 2017 and the CEO spoke telling about the progress the project had after a year of work. Really very impressive from the MinexCoin team and i just want to ask you one thing very clearly, whether in the recent times whether Minexcoin company made any partnership with the other companies? |

Are you going to issue the credit cards to members or members holding the coins? The credit card is completely different one compared to Debit Card, is there any exact ETA when you are going to issue the credit cards?
We will be able to give all details on how it works and who is eligible to receive the credit card (only coin holders or any community member) closer to the release date. It is time to move from local conferences and bring the voice of Minexcoin to wider audiences. Minex team has not as yet participated in any of conferences outside Ukraine. It need to be more involved in crypto events all around the Globe, to be exposed in the open.
We totally agree and we do receive a lot invitations. But currently the team is too busy delivering further milestones from our RoadMap. As you probably notice, we tend to come up to people with some news and working product rather than just participate and advertise So we believe that quite soon we will be able to show up in some European or Asian specialized conference showing the world our new achievements |

Not at the moment. There is a huge piece of work and negotiations to be done. Until everything is confirmed for 100% we can not disclose any information. Please have some patience, we would not leave the community in ignorance. |
