Valerio,

Thank you for filling in this list.
Sometimes those motherboard support 6GPU theoretically, but practically they do not, or at least they require a lot of effort to make them recognise every card.

Usually they perform well till 4 cards.

This list in an awesome starting point, would be nice that people bring their own experience and you update the list accordingly

You have tried the components with other motherboards? Maybe this is not its fault.
I'm just saying that because I would like to keep the topic clean

While there are a relatively decent number of motherboards that have 6 (or more) PCE-E slots, most of them don't work well with 6 GPUs since they are not designed for it. There are allot of posters across the internet that have been unable to get more then 4, sometimes 5 GPUs working on any variety of Z170 motherboards. As long as you can find one of the proven, "limited hassle" 6 GPU motherboards to purchase I would highly recommend sticking with those models.

*I would be very happy to read of first hand experience with any of the above listed motherboards. More variety is always a good option to have. Smiley

if you want the 6 slots for GPUs besides the brand Asrock, you can choose those:
1. AMD chipset
-Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
-Biostar TB350-BTC

2. Intel Chipset
-Asus Prime H270-PLUS
-Asus Prime Z270-P
-MSI Z270 Gaming M7
-MSI Z170A
-Biostar TB85
-Biostar TB250-BTC
-Gigabyte H110-D3A LGA 1150
