Once they "suspect" someone, then that's it. They'd freeze your account and ask for your docs.
Yeah, could be "multi-accounts", all sorts of abuse, or even, winning a lot?

Better prepare your docs cause they just might have to: "must undertake KYC" and "ensure you are the user who is using this account"

This defeat the purpose of using bitcoin as crypto-currency in a online casino. They will lose a lot of customers with the implementation of new regulations because players don't want to give all personal information after all, So this is completely rubbish for me. I had known it will still get to this the moment exchange site started the move of this KYC but for me, I have not seen it as a challenge as exchange sites too. The ones that needs KYCs are there and the ones that dont need it are also there and they are reputable. This I am sure will happen to gambling sites asking for KYCs. They have juts successfully lost one client which is me.

Unless people abuse their referral system by having multiple accounts then it is against to terms. But if one want to play with the new account then it should be allowed because some people thinks that they can get different results with new account. Not sure why you are posting this but, I think they have the right to investigate you if you are doing something wrong in their casino. I know it is your right to be anonymous in the internet, but they also have the right to investigate fraud when it happens. So, I think their actions of asking for your identification is well placed here as you are suspected of doing something fraudulent in their site. This might even be in their TOS if you did not read it (for sure you didn't like everyone else).

I think this has been posted without any proper examination or from an authority related to the particular gambling website. I really do not think that these casino operators have any idea how bitcoin works and what the community is like.

Whilst making sure that everything is running smoothly by asking every single bit of your personal info may sound good on paper,
it actually does not work at all if you mix it with bitcoin.

The fact is that they can quote their Terms and Conditions anywhere, anytime to limit any player's withdrawal they like.

You can't argue, because you have agreed to their terms and conditions when you registered( who even reads that stuff these days? the damn thing is like 15 pages long, and i just want to place a quick bet on your site! )

Just avoid all of the bitcoin sportsbooks that have history of doing this. I know that directbet has never done this, although they may have lower limits.
