It's often discussed here that you can't make any money from gambling, but in general it's just not true. House edge is usually quite low so the most of the money go back to players. Of course some one wins more than he bet, some one wins less and loses in the end. It's all about luck. I am sure that the most of you was lucky at least once and made some nice money. So my question goes here: How did you spend this money? Did you buy some presents for your close ones? Did you buy something for you? Did you invested it, saved it or even put back into gambling (and then made even more or lost it?)?

I prefer to use the money that i won in crypto to invest in crypto, btc or altcoins which can give me more profit, maybe once in awhile i will bring my family out for a big meal or holiday if i make some big winnings on that particular period.

I purchased electronic gadgets from the money I won, I did not invest all the money for purchase only some percentage of the money. From the remaining money again Invested in trading, made savings also. It's always better to plan according to our needs rather than wasting all the money for shopping, purchase etc

I also brought  a mobile with the money that I won in a  monthly tournament. Unfortunately, I lost that mobile as it was stolen once I was travelling by train. I think all this happened for good as I would not have been able to tell my parents anyway that I bought it with gambling money.

I am glad that you are not worried about the mobile that you have lost in a train because that was the thing that really didn’t belonged to you if we talk on real facts because the money won in gambling is a borrowed money and you have to return this money in the later part of your life. Also, things got by devilish way can never ever prove you more valuable than the things you got from the money that really belonged to you.

Exactly, Most people who are addicted to gambling will do the same thing, as a gambler, we have to follow some rules because we have to divert them into different other investments because gambling is not our life.

When i win money on gambling table i will buy luxury items to pamper myself. When i lose i will just treat it as a fee to enjoy a hobby or an interest as i always play with a limit in my mind and will not cross the line.

This is funny. I dont think money gained from gambling have that much worth to a person who won it. Most gamblers i know, when they win their put back their money into betting again in a hope they are going to win bigger amount. Then at the end when lose they regret for not keeping their money from their their first winnings.

I really wish there is even always something to divert as most of the time there is usually no winning at all. Even though, I remembered there was a time I had some winning on jackpot which I never expected and honestly that really helped a great deal in some of the plans that I had on ground which are related to offline investments.

Now I can easily just pick small out of whatever I am earning from that investment to play more jackpots as that really does not move me. More like giving back while the money keeps working for me.

Those gamblers might be stingy when they win but for a very good reason.
Such as these lottery winners (gambling in the same way) who won the jackpot but lost it all in making stupid decisions on what they did with their winnings.

I do the same my friend, when I have a big win I put most of it into cryptocurrencies. When I first started gambling with BTC in 2015, I made a good amount of profits that I put into Alts which have now gone up 10x some even more so in fact my profits were even more thanks to these coins going up. I think a good mix of putting profits into Alts and keeping some for everyday things is the way to go when we make a profit gambling.

- Bags
- Shoes
- Clothes
- Gadgets

I do not buy anything that immediately gratifies me because what is bought for immediate gratification is easily lost in terms of value. Instead, I buy more stocks, more Bitcoins, more altcoins, among others. It is because these assets have the ability to grow with time. They have the supreme capability to earn on its own one day. Hence, they have store of value. That is why if you ask me what to buy, my answer would be anything that will improve your wealth. Remember that anything bought that is not adding value to your wealth is a liability. From here, you should be able to make a choice for your own good.

I think it’s better for you to invest that money in some other productive business rather than investing it in something which is temporary or keeps on fluctuating. Also, cyber-crime is one of the factor that really can’t be ignored in your case and if once the site or forum will be hacked, all of your money would be gone and you will remain empty handed and nothing you can explain to others.

Lol, i can relate to this question of yours mate. One time that i got so lucky in a gambling that i won $5k USD and this is so big here in our country. I bought a bike as a remembrance of the moment where i won that much. Yes, you are right if i don't bought anything, that winning of mine will eventually lost because i kept on coming back to gamble.

I don't believe any serious gambler who knows what it takes to win against the house will ever treaty monies won as worthless or even close to that. It's rather those who never expected to win and won out of luck who don't really care about their profits and often blow it all over again on subsequent gambles.

It was not really a big amount but it made me feel like I'm the luckiest guy in the planet. I just bought junk foods and a drink because I was still a kid at that time.

Except for those who in one way or the other could have won a jackpot, I really do not see who would have ended up winning a huge amount probably in some other game and not end up blowing it all away eventually. I never really had a good moment with gambling anyway, so there is nothing I could say and not even single feelings to at least come close to it.

Most of time i spend money gambling again. Money makes money its my strategy. If i bet with 0.01 for 5.00 odds then i will win 0.05. I bet 5 times with 0.01 with this money. There will be 5 bet. If i won 0.1 i will make 2 bets with 3.00 odds. If one bet will win 0.05x3 0.15. I will make 3 bets with 0.15. Its my strategy. If i reach 10 btc or more Party time will start

So you are lengthening the game. With your strategy you are stretching the possible time you could have by dividing your winnings into several bets. That is also good. Instead of taking out another amount for another game. But it always goes like that, you win and you use it to bet again in a hope of winning again.

That's very smart of you, with that you are in profit because you converted your winning into something useful to you, how I wish I can win a big amount also so I can have the things that is important to me. Honestly, I am not so lucky with gambling as most of my winning are just a little amount and because I want to grow it again I use it to gamble hoping it will grow, that was the old times but now I give up already, I never think too much of the profit, I'm more focus with having fun..

Gambling borrowed money is unethical to do and it should not be tolerated. This will just ended the person up into trouble since gambling makes a person more likely to lose rather than winning.
