Author Topic: HELP - Logged into Bitmain, gone to my profile and no details of orders etc ??  (Read 455 times)

Hi All

I am sure i have seen the orders/description/dates/numbers etc in 'my profile' section.

I have just logged in, gone to ACCOUNT SETTINGS and all it has is tabs ?

1. - Information -Which just shows me to add/change Avatar and Registration time.
2. - Security Settings -Which shows the usual as expected, including last log ins.

I have definitely viewed my past orders/invoices/dates etc...

Where are they ?

Anyone help ?

Double chechk your internet connection if it has an issue that bothers but if its okay then, only the support can solve your questions try to reach them and contact them and wait until they responded to you.

My internet is fine, i have contacted Bitmain and they are just as confused as i have no INVOICE tab ??

They just said keep refreshing page...
