There is about 6 Million XVS in total circulating right now in the market. It will continue to slowly increase as we slowly distribute the coin to thousands and thousands of people around the world.

is it necessary to have .config file with addnodes for windows wallet?
Seems everything okay with default sets. My Vsync Wallet is regularly synced. Current number of blocks: 34366

Not necessary if you are synced, you should be good to go.
Your number of blocks seems right, you are fine.

Yes, just make sure your wallet is unlocked for staking.

Interesting, Yobit prices are way below POSWallet...maybe somebody could buy from Yobit and sell to poswallet for a profit
