Hi guys i have around 0.1 bitcoin and now i have to transfer it to a wallet so can you tell me whether bitwala.io is a safe wallet or not

Most of the online wallets are based on trust and most of them have started charging the transaction fee- not friendly to new starters but necessary for the service providers.
You should start to learn how to create transaction and then store the bitcoins in addresses that only you hold the private keys. Coinb.in is a good start.
Otherwise, I suggest Coinbase...

But when i transferred my bitcoins from a faucet to 3 different wallets at tht time in my blockchain wallet i recieved those bitcoins which was around 0.02 bitcoins but in coinbase and block.io i did not recieve

Bitwala is a good wallet, not so well know but it doesn't matter. What matter is how trusted and reliable a web wallet can be. As for Bitwala they are reliable and proactive. It 's a small team with a passion for bitcoin and they deal fast with support tickets. This wallet is particulary good if you plan to make transfer to your bank account (sepa). With them, they send to your bank account the same day, so you can except to receive the next day. Small companies are often better to provide support as they are more dedicated to it

I cant guarantee the safety of your coins once you store it on this wallet, even I visit there site's faq there's no informative information I read there, so if you want to fully secured just use desktop wallets where you you can access your private keys. But the final decision will be yours its just only suggestions from me. |

What is the use of those private keys or API
Accesing private keys in any wallets it means your the owner of the bitcoin you stores in any wallets. Anyone who knows the private keys can steal your bitcoins thats why if you cant access your private keys in any web wallets it means your not the owner of those btc and you entrusted your money to anyone you dont know. And once this website make their own reason that they were hacked there's no way you can get your bitcoins on those wallet. And thats why its really important that you know those private keys when storing bitcoin. |

Did you report to coinbase about your issue you can contact them here https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/emails/newThey reply sometimes it takes time to reply but they are fixing the issue delay depends what the current situation of bitcoin. . The only thing i can say base in my experience better to use well known wallet like electrum.. the site where you mention from above i never heard that wallet.. so for safety use electrum instead. |

I doubt you're not following what's being said. They can't get your API,they can access your private keys which basically is your bitcoin wallet.They don't need to get anything as they already have the information with them.While generating your bitcoin wallet,they control your private key by default which isn't suppose to be with them.Online wallets like blockchain.info generate these keys on the client side and hence have no access to them.You should probably read bitcoin wiki if your basics aren't clear. |

I used bitwala sometime ago but specially to get bitcoin to my bank, they are a good wallet and work fast, i never faced any problem, so yes you can trust them

Don't you have any wallet to use? I haven't used bitwala.io yet because it is not well known. I read from other users here that they seem to be an okay wallet but I will suggest to check on other online wallets too. I've been using Bitgo for quite some time now and haven't encountered any problems with them. Just a disclaimer, I'm not part of Bitgo. I just wanted to give you some options to use. Go search for it and check their website for additional information. You should always consider the reliability of the wallet that you're gonna use and the level of security that they provide to their users. |

Im using blockchain since when i started to engage with bitcoin yes private keys is on their client side on those previous years of operation but now i can able to access my private keys which you can actually check it out or save it.did you checked it already? If the crypto goes to exchange, you could directly upload to your exchange's address, exchange and withdraw. Otherway, it is wise to store your BTC in a not-online (HW, desktop, paper...etc.) wallet. If the case is different, never heard a serious argument against blockchain.info... Otherwise, I suggest Coinbase...
