c-cex is good, but the addition of cryptocurrency to the exchange takes a very long time. Maybe Cryptopia would be a good choice?

@digitalblock
While we are waiting for a wallet for Windows, I would like to know further plans. From my point of view, it's necessary to dramatically increase the reward for the development. We need normal versions of wallets, a block explorer and even at least a couple of normal pools. Also want to know about the campaigns on Twitter, facebook and (for example) about the award for voting on coinexchage. The bounty which is established now is extremely small. This number of coins can be obtained in a couple of hours of mining on a pair of GPUs.
Working on windows wallet now, hoping someone else can claim the bounty before i finish the wallet. Hopefully we can be on an exchange and have all the wallets completed before the end of the second quarter. We just got added to the C-Cex exchange voting list, so maybe with a good community support, we could be trading on C-Cex. I applied at Yobit, still waiting for their response. Cryptopia is very expensive, they want 1.4 btc to add a coin. Maybe they will see how good this coin is and just add us. If the bitdirect community wants to chip in for a larger bounty, that would be great, also that could get more people interested. It will also show how great the community support is to get things moving quicker.

Windows wallet at 24H
Would you or anyone else that succeeds give a brief description of the process? Windows compiling of wallets seems much more complex than linux. In linux all the required tools are easily installed and auto-configured by the package manager. Or perhaps how to compile on linux for a windows target would be even more useful

For a chain without a windows wallet, difficulty is rather high.
Any progress on that front btw?
I'm sure it will skyrocket after it is released.

it is working for me, thanks (simplewallet and daemon) ! daemon is bitdirect.exe ? Then what is walletd.exe ? I used to think that walletd.exe is the demon. But I do not really understand this, unfortunately

simplewallet is crashing while generating new wallet. Could you please double check that? Thanks a lot Try to start it as a Administrator. Simplewallet, when you generate new wallet, creat file *walletname*.wallet in his directory.

With running deamon and administrator rights it didn't crash
