It seems C-Cex and Yobit do not support cryptonight coin.
It is better to try to get a listing on livecoin.net or cryptopia.co.nz imho

I applied at Yobit exchange, on this exchange they can speed up the process if you pay in btc https://yobit.net/en/addcoin/.
