Nope! Nobody has been paid, with these two suggestion threads long closed before they do, thus you'll be outta the loop if opting to wait.
The two threads were uniquely designed to bring awareness to YuTü.Co.in et al. with a promise to award participates PAQs, a virtual mining thingy hashing YouTube creators' crypto-commodity tokens having a permissioned blockchain, maxed at 100 PAQs per token. Each PAQ mines no less than U$2,628 worth of shares per year.
If this is not your cup of tea, then visit the other threads in the Off-topic section of this forum and submit your favorite YouTube channel for the promise of receiving nothing for your efforts.

You will only be rewarded if a YouTuber that you suggested joins our program, of which attempts WILL BE made to contact all the channels submitted.
You will be rewarded 1 PAQ for every 20 channels submitted provided, of course, they weren't already suggested. The 20-channel-count can be on this thread or this one -
