Need an Idea for a school project - Paying btc - 0.01 BTC

My school requires me to do an Internet of Things Based Project (IOT) . I am short of time and am not good at ideation. So I am looking for ideas for a product or project which uses IOT. I will select the best project by the end of the day and will pay you an amount between 0.005-0.01 btc based on how good and novel is the idea.

Certain guidelines:
1. develop a smart connected product by exploring a broader opportunity that needs to be fulfilled  
2. The product has to have combination of physical, smart and connectivity components.
3. A novel product or opportunity must be explored.  Any existing idea for smart
and connected products, such as those that are available on Google search for example, should not be reused.

I will constantly look at this thread and pick the best idea. As for payment, I have held various bounties in the past. Feel free to look at my post history to confirm that I have always paid out.

This is not. Just have to come up with some new, that isn't very common. Could be in a niche as well. When you say ideas spoken aloud, what do you mean ? Like in a conference or classroom setting ?

A finance update program. This invention would be able to pickup requests for stock prices, crypto currency prices, or anything else (oik, gold silver) spoken verbally, and browse the web and give you a result.

This seems to be lacking the physical aspect of it.

Maybe some sort of companion type product that could look thing up for people with disabilities or just are older. So something you can speak into and it can look things up for you, keep your dates in line tell you when to take medications etc. A more physical personal assistant than say siri or cortana. Maybe even make it look like a dog, cat etc. Lol or a furbie with Internet access.

You either are too smart or you think that you're smart which makes you seem really naive to think that people will actually give you some golden ideas for a few bucks, nice move with moderated thread you could delete any good idea if there was any so others couldn't use it/ copy it.

But since I'm a person wishing for a better world I'd give you an idea anyways.

What if we could manufacture a motherboard/ Ram/ CPU/ GPU/ HD/ etc, making them look like the ordinary stuff around the house/ office and they could function as a computer by using wireless electricity?

I don't need a golden idea. Just something which is good and not common. As for electricity, that is not possible because electricitiy doesn't flow in air, its the induction which induces current. Not possible to do so at such a large level right now.

How about an camera app that shows the information and parts of an object/s when you focus your camera onto them. These must be transparent form so that you can the see object's information while the camera is scanning the object/s in the background. People's real time live comments about the object/s  can also be displayed. The information displayed automatically changes when you change the focus of your camera.

Any setting where there could be a person, or people, proposing patentable inventions/processes.

did you thinking something that maybe you can do rather than you try to find with asking us? what is your passion in your project? should it connected between one person to other person or else. i think you should describe more spesific about you want because i see it still too wide for us to give the idea, you only want to know the idea from us but you don't tell what is your passion and your goal for your project.

Id recogition software that is wearable.
Like a fingertip or eyeglasses that can do a password for whatever site your going to so to access your email account, bank account etc.

Imbed an IOT chip into your dog or cat than can give you vital health information, be sure they are being cared for when they are kennelled and you are on vacation (track sleep, stress, pain, hunger and thirst), and help you locate them if they go missing.

Car manufacturers could put model-specific chips in cars to cheaply and instantly let them know if there has been a recall for a vehicle. Have a recall warning light or notification. It would be better than the snail mail way they send out the notices currently.

Put IOT-connected sensors in your potted plants and garden, which would notify you if it needs water or nutrients. You should be able to enter what kind of plant it is, so the app knows what nutrients and how much or little water it needs.

Embed IOT-connected chips in grocery packaging, which would allow you to pull up exactly what you have in your pantry, recipes that combine the things you have in your pantry, the nutritional information of everything, and automatically create a grocery shopping list determined by a pre-set list of what you normally buy and what you have left in your pantry.

Did not post it for the bounty, just heard about IOT for the first time so thought lets put some input . Expecting bitcoin users to come up with unique IOT project idea is going to be a bit challenging.

(1) IOT among cars. And this is a new idea. Because I'm not talking about self driving cars, which has trouble with the time it takes for widespread adoption and capital investment. Instead, a computer chip (not unlike the tracking insurance company's use) could be input into a personal driver's car, it's connected to a universal system, the system prevents cars from hitting each other (start simple with the application until the idea has widespread comfort). This reduces accidents, saves lives, saves money, etc. The company needs to provide the chip product and the system for it to connect to.

I like this too. But I used to think that since phones and laptops store this information hence it is hackable,and is why banks don't use it.

Since my first one didn't work out,posting here another one.

An Iot based poultry farming business.From hatching to cultivation,everything will be automated.Every chicken/hens in a poultry farm can he patched with a  chip when the eggs are hatched from a particular period.Like the chip would give real time details like when the chicken will be ready to give eggs and how many eggs the chicken should taken from the chicken before they're sent to boilers.
The project will basically keep a chicken connected to the internet throughout the poultry activities and everything else could be automated too.The basic idea is Iot an automation,could be extended to other farming businesses like Beekeeping etc.

A constellation? Which one, the big dipper? I believe you mean consolation, as in "a prize given to a competitor who narrowly fails to win or who finishes last."

Good luck with the project, I think the Ag industry has a ton to gain from IOT technology. Ajax's idea is definitely a novel one!
