What you all need to know about Twitter campaign is that 90% participants haven't been respecting campaign rules. Some people retweeted tweets that are too old, others retweeted too recent tweets (after all campaigns closing).
Also, we used a tool that specified many data about retweets and favs (day of RTing, hours, seconds, etc.), so we have been able to spot cheaters/people not respecting strict rules.
In a nutshell, if you think you have not enough RT amount, that isn't because of "API bug" or something like that. That's because you did not respect rules.
