I'm sure you have a coin coming,but you did not mention what kind of coin you are going to announce is it an airdrop or an ico,these two differs,but if you are going to announce a new coin,it's better that you announce it when you are at least a junior member so you are not limited in your post and you can freely post graphics and images.

it's pretty simple dude, you just create a thread in the announcement altcoin section and do a nice and clean front, first post must explain in detail all the specs of your coins and the roadmap, and source plus windows wallet must always be present, if you want a fair launch you need to set first 100 block to zero, and add a counter so everyone know when the coin will be launched
