No i wouldnt be requesting for that amount but seen as you have continued to sell it without my go ahead and it has reached that amount i only see it fair that i receive the full payment. I have already contacted horserider and everything was due to be confirmed.

I shall wait until all is confirmed. Changing your mind because the price went up is is not an endearing quality. Regards,

It might not have been 100% clear that you were or weren't cancelling, but why did you contact the seller and make it sound like it was his problem that HorseRider's farm might not be set up by May 5? Since Batch 2 hasn't shipped, and Batch 3 comes after, the odds of the farm being set up and running by May 5 are astronomically small. That risk is part of what we're factoring into our bidding... I hope.

On top of that, you said you were counting on making all your money back in the next month, from something that hasn't been built yet? That's a terrible plan.

Just saying.

To confirm i did not make it the sellers problem that it was going to be shipped late. I specifically asked what date it would be shipped and was told that because Horserider was located in China that he would be the first to receive the units and that it would be up and running within 2 days of May 5th.

I have all the PM's to prove this, i do not need to lie and i feel that if somebody with a neutral viewpoint on the whole situation was to make a judgement rather than the 'new' buyer, the seller would be in a total different situation, seen as i am theoretically the owner of what is up for sale here!

This is precisely the reason why sellers should not be allowed to pursue sales here without thorough moderation and a resolution system in place! I would appreciate it if the OP could communicate with me rather than posting inaccurate information and maybe we could come to some sort of resolution rather than him denying of any wrong doing...

P.S I have not received any form of refund at the time of writing.

I said the expected shipping date is the 5th of may as the website states, also people have posted on this forum stating the same thing and yes I said there's no reason why it won't be up and running within 2 days of shipping. I never guaranteed it would be up and running 2 days after the 5th of may, I said there's no reason why it wouldn't be up and running within 2 days of shipping.

To be quite honest the way you have dealt with this transaction has been very desperate from the start which was why I wasn't surprised when your messages looking for a way out or reduce your share in the module came through. Then clearly when the auction continued you saw a chance to make a quick buck.

Honestly I don't trust you and I will retain the funds until HorseRider has responded since I don't know how many messages you've sent him or what you've said.

Right okay.. I dont see how its fair at all that your taking the right to re-sell after i have already paid and finalised, but if you are doing so theres not much i can do..

You also seem to be twisting details, you were the one to offer me a quater of a module i accepted and you restarted the auction anyway. You did state that it would be up and running within 2 days of the 5th May and we both have the messages to prove this.

As far as you not trusting me i can guarantee the feelings are mutual, i get the feeling this proposition would of gone sour very fast sharing with you.. I have sent HorseRider 2 PM's as showing here, please issue the refund.

This 1/2 module thing is ridiculous and this auction illustrates that to me. Whomever is determined the winner of the this half can buy my half as well and just have the whole module. I paid 20.5BTC when the exchange rate was hovering at $250/1BTC so just over $5,000 USD. I will take $3,000 or at the current exchange rate 22.5BTC to get out of this mess being made here. The winner can PM me if interested.

I should clarify, IMO the auction process for this 1/2 module has been ridiculous. I would rather avoid repeating this in the future and offer my half a module for sale to the winning bidder (when it's determined). If that person does not want the other half to make it a whole module, then I am willing to sell it to one of the unsuccessful parties in this dispute.

Okay, hephaist0s has agreed to buy my 1/2 module and it is no longer for sale. The transaction for my half will be recorded https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=171391.0.

Address sent for payment.

All right, I'll buy it from you at 22.5.
