It appears like this transaction is showing BTC going to 12c27RGLUYMFPYtNSTTpr56CfY2sX32Toe
https://blockchain.info/tx/2cc24783de6fd5623c769515d42c7dcadd9f6658ba27837a589196d4df52ccce

But that address shows no balance or transactions
https://blockchain.info/address/12c27RGLUYMFPYtNSTTpr56CfY2sX32Toe

When showing "scripts and coinbase" on the transaction it reveals a different address, 33J32xkn2SfdUiaoZZ8RGhT8p4Kb5xAeUD, which seems to have the BTC. There are some other transactions that do the same, I'm just curious why?

It's a problem with blockchain.info, not anything to do with the Bitcoin network. They are improperly interpreting the output data. The output is a p2sh address, so the 3... address is the right one. For some reason, without showing all scripts, the website interprets the hash160 as a p2pkh address instead of p2sh.

I've tried the tx id on 3 other block explorers and they show it right, with the 3.. addresses.
Definitely a bug at blockchain.info

Certainly misleading and had me a little confused. Thanks for the clarification!
