Don't juge me - this is just a thinking question cause im a nobody in that area. Is it technically possible that this can be implemented? How could this work? So a miner running while you drive your bike? thx

So a miner running while you drive your bike? thx a) Need reliable internet with minimal latency b) Need a stable power output regardless of your speed Get those and ja, *could* work. Do remember that 1hp = 745.6999watts assuming 100% eff.

NO! Offline mining is out of the question.
All rewards for mining are very time sensitive -- as in whoever finds the block 1st wins if mining solo. If in a pool, shares MUST be transmitted/received in a timely manner or they are rejected.

The 100W or so you can get from a stationary bicycle generator won't be able to run very much Bitcoin mining. Let alone an actual bicycle that will use most of its available power to move.

And what if i use a bike for training at home - there i can use Wlan and the energy dont be go away for moving.

being an eco nut (solar miner) its fully possible to do it, youd need either A. a battery (probably the better option) or B. a capacitor (cheaper but less useful)
if you had a bike and connected up a small permanent magnet motor to it youd get some voltage and current (how much depends on speed, gearing and how beefy your legs are) need someone smarter than me to figure that out. then id wire it to a battery so your charging the battery (so when you go down hill the extra energey will go somewhere and going up hill youd not loose mining speed) then use something like a raspberry pi to connect what ever miner (assuming USB miner) to you phone on wifi tether and your pretty much sorted.
if you could do 100w (about the limit for a bike id guess) then youd be able to do around 100Ghs while your riding the hardest part would be the maths stuff figuring out how much resistance you can cope with before it gets to uncomfortable to ride

Possible but not profitable.
On the altcoin side, there was FitCoin but that never caught on.

So i think it's still impossible in the mind of the most? As an experiment it could be but your are talking about some serious peddling for at least a few hours at a time. I'd guess on par with the what the guy who peddled a human-powered plane across the English Channel did or constantly going up an endless steep grade for a very long time. You are talking about putting out anywhere from ~100W to power some small stick miners like Sidehack's 2Pac's on up if running bigger miners. And you need to do that long enough to accumulate significant daily/weekly hash rate. Probably at least a few hours a day. Actually, just Google "human powered generator" I just did and lots there.... Including <ahem> this from 2011 http://www.lowtechmagazine.com/2011/05/bike-powered-electricity-generators.html

There's better ways to make money, and if anything, you probably wouldn't be able to generate that much power anyways and the amount of profit from that would be miniscule. The new Bitfury miners Sidehack is about to start prototyping use a lot less energy than the 28nm 1384s on the 2Pacs, but it would still not be very viable.

I still believe it is possible and i would be glad if someone in the word would build this and try it in his best way In other words you don't want to bother trying to do it yourself and want someone else to put their time and effort into it...

I don't know what is the point of this thread when the OP clearly doesn't want to do the project himself?

Man this is just a thinkabout from a noob. I even do not any experience and no knowlage of mining at all. And i dont want that anybody do this for me - just said it would be nice if someone would do this, someone who know how to or be able to do. Sometimes there are freaks out there who challenged it.
