Is there universal bots out there that is compatible with most exchanges or is there only specific bots created for a specific exchange?

Is there any free bots?

Im using poloniex and staring at the screen all day isnt healthy lol. Yes you can make more profits with manual trading but you lose more of your health. A person with bad health with $million profits made is pointless for that person if the bad health leads that person to an early grave or something.

I dont mind getting few % returns. Yes manual trading you can get more but you're sacrificing your health and time for it which are 2 things that is more important than money/profits.

Manual traders will be always better than any bots.

From what I read, you just need to work a little over your mindset. There are a lot of book in amazon for improving mindset on trading. Or you could try and poker mindset books, as trading and poker have a lot of common.

I'm pretty sure that most bots you're going to find are directed at one single exchange instead of having a ton of exchanges that it supports.

But with Sampey's bot you can buy certain APIs that are compatible with different exchanges like Poloniex, Bittrex, and the big chinese exchanges that nobody uses anymore after the chinese government put in the ridiculous restrictions on withdrawal of bitcoins like Huobi.

It is quite pricy though, it is around something like 0.03 to 0.075 BTC for one API.

I suggest you look into Gunbot as well, although that only supports Poloniex. But i think returns are pretty much guaranteed on that one.

Curious to know on why returns are guaranteed on Gunbot in compared to other bots?

Another newbie question is that do these bots run off their server or run off own computer? If own computer that means computer/Internet cannot be turned off and must be left on at all times? What if the user doesn't have a reliable internet connection that has random disconnections?

No you are wrong. You must understand that using trading bots (if there's any) on any bitcoin exchanges might wreck your trading strategy. Remember that bitcoin have a high price volatility so imagine what more for the manipulated altcoins. You don't have to stay all day on your screen. Think outside the box on how you can covered that problem of yours.

And I see you want to use trading to make profits even by few returns so basically you believe that by using it, it's a sure win eventhough for small rewards. If that is the case when using bots then you should see majority of crypto traders using a bot but that is not the real scene. Trading bots are designed to make automatic trades but it will still depend on the target price you will set so . So where's the sure profit there?

I don't think why there are people who want bots for their work or their hobby? My question is, why are you doing that work when you can't handle it all by yourself. If you want to still earn and be in a good health then you should apply time management and also try to prioritize things so you can't be that rush person who always wanting to earn money.

Well, I think that staring at the screen whole day isn't healthy indeed, but if you are a full-time trader with really good skills, it is worth it.
You may really generate insane income out of trading, but you need to have knowledge, experience and be calm all day, because the stress is really high too.

As kolesozw already said on this thread, you need to remember that real human traders will be always more efficient than any script,bot or programme.
They may find out patterns and different ways to profit, and the software is only programmed, it is not thinking as a real person.

if you want get bot you must buy, in bitcointalk popular bot is GUNBOT and CAT, you can read about many testimoni before buy

Bot designed as a tool for make easier do your trading strategy, if you haven't good enough strategy to make a profit, use bot is means nothing. Also you need to check your bot work, means the trend change everyday, could be your strategy which already implemented to your bot will not make you profit.
Besides that, time management is important thing, no matter you do manually or use bot.
