I own 75 ASICminer shares and I'm putting 15 of them to the highest bidder in this auction.
Conditions :
- there are 15 shares to sell,
- bids are for a minimum of 5 shares,
- initial price: 1.10 BTC for each share,
- the minimum bid increment is 0.01,
- auction ends 2 days from now at the earliest, 8 hours after the last bid and 4 days from now at the latest (the forum timestamps from this post and the bids are used to check a bid's validity).
The last rule is a compromise to allow people from different timezones to get some sleep not constantly worrying about being outbid in their sleep and avoid long-running bids at the same time.
It should allow the transfer to take place before the next dividend payment. If not for each share sold I'll transfer all dividends paid after this post to the winner(s) (minus a 0.0005 BTC fee for each payment).
Format of bid is <nb_shares>@<price_per_share>: 15@1.1 would be the lowest possible bid to purchase all shares for a total of 16.5 BTC.
I'll report the result of the auction as soon as it ends (and I'm available, which should be in the next 8 hours if I'm sleeping or working on something...), post payment addresses for each winner to use for my payment in this thread and ask them to post in this thread an address in their control friedcat can pay dividends to (so as to make the transaction fully transparent). I'll ask for friedcat to transfer the shares as soon as these 2 conditions are met:
- the payment from a winner get 6 confirmations (or the escrow confirms being in control of payment)
- I have the winner address for dividend payments
I'll do it by PM, with a copy in this thread, my request will include a signature from my ASICminer address for a message asking transfer of shares from my address to the winner's address .
I accept escrow if you pay for it. John the Dong has handled escrow for some of my purchases here and I trust him.
Friedcat would be in an ideal position to make the transfer safe for you even if you don't trust me: you may want to ask for him to be the escrow in this case (he obviously is busy though).
If you don't want to use escrow you can check my ownership of the 75 shares with the following information:
my ASICminer owner address is:
1NqD5zp5p1X6GB3KFjgbRyquS5vdfeYCnX
the last proof of ownership transaction for 75 shares on this address was (~one hour ago):

The signature generated with my ASICminer owner address for the message
