The reason for the postponement is the need to fine tune the biometric identification

system that is to be used during the campaign.

BitCAD users will have the possibility of biometric identification when accessing the platform.
All the investors - i.e. the participants of the ICO, will receive an infrared sensor as a gift.

I do not think anyone would want to compromise with his identity just to participate in your ICO or use your platform.
