SCAM - CRYPTONATOR.COM - LOST 0.33 BTC !!!!!!!

Hello Everyone,

Today, I have made two transactions from my cryptonator wallet to another btc address. But both transactions issued an error in the activity tab. And all this money was written off from my cryptonator account, but did not come to other addresses. I repeat, both transactions are in error status!!!! Support not response!!!

First transaction - amount 0.21 BTC
Second transaction - amount 0.126 BTC

ALL ABOUT 0.33 BTC

I made a transaction to cryptonator.com at may 12th 2017.
After 24 hours the transaction is still in Pending.

That seems strange to me because the transactions passes already the BTC network.

After reading articles about cryptonator.com I unfortunately saw many forum posts from people with the same issue.

The response time is very slow.
I'm waiting for my 0.122 BTC

Until I received this, I will try to contact them by all possible ways.
I think cryptonator.com should improve there support strongly to not get a SCAM stamp.

I finally got the money. But for me it was once and never more.
I sended all the BTC away from Cryptonator.com

Simply the facts:
- no support / answer by email;
- very very long pending status of your money;
- many bad posts about cryptonator;
- written on Suspect list of Scam websites;


Overall I have my money back. So for me its solved!

I sent 2 XMR to my Monero address in Cryptonator five days ago, still not appearing in my account, they never answer support emails, I have sent several emails thru website and by replying their automatic response, not any answer at all.
