[EDITED]
I am interested. I will offer 0.1btc right now.
Please consider I will have to pay for all the API changes as listed here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=507103.0
"- The Cost of a "Key Change" for an Api is the API Price
- The Cost of a "Key Change" for a Free Api is 0.05 BTC"

Sure thing. Either something automated like Localbitcoins or any Reputable Member here on BitcoinTalk will do. Once I confirm license change with the CAT owner funds will be released.

These are the members I've contacted as reputable escrow providers. Vendor has been included in PM thread with each.

We shall proceed as soon as the first out of these three replies. Fees will be split 50/50 between vendor and me.
