I need an experienced video animator to have bitcoin animations playing in a 4 1/2 minute video

I have the audio script narration already recorded to send to you. Pretty self explanatory what you should be showing during the script

Topics are: General bitcoin introduction, litecoin/bitcoin and their gains over the last 4 months

The animations could be cartoonish like the 'weusecoins' video; probably better I want though

You're going to have alot of trouble finding someone to make a 4 minute video for only $200. The hours alone on creating 4 minutes of content, nevermind animation, would cost you somewhere in the range of 10x that.

well im not looking for a professional needing side work I can get a college kid

starting pay is going to be lower than a continued pay if projects come out good and the business relationship is good

there's people who can flash animate some cool cartoon which may be easier

4.5 minutes of animation is pretty fucking long.
You said you have been editing, now imagine 10x the ammount of work and you have an animators job.
Editing is childs play compared to animating.
$250 is nowhere near what it normally would cost you to get 4.5 minutes of CG.
Add a zero and you're getting closer.

I've emailed with the maker of the video you linked in the op.
I've asked him how long it takes and how much it takes to make the video you linked.

To give you an idea of budgets and time frames.

A 3.5 minute video to the level of the Bitcoin Explained animation https://vimeo.com/63502573 would take four weeks and cost between $16-20 K.

A simpler 3 minute video to the level of https://vimeo.com/25299769 or  https://vimeo.com/45615613 would take 5-7 days and cost between $ 4-7k.

So there you go.

ps. i just noticed the same guy (his name is Duncan) made the other movie you just linked as well.
Such a movie 'only' costs $4-7k .
