Of course there are doubts. Where you have confidence that America does not know the location of all submarines of North Korea? Americans have long had a system of monitoring the movement of all submarines. If the Russian submarines may sometimes disappear from view, Korean is much more backward.

I agree. There is nothing different between a dictator that starves his own people to death and the president of the united states. Both are very similar in every regard. 

Trump cares about his own people, while Kim Jong Un won't be bothered even if a few million of his own citizens die in a major war. That is the difference between the two rulers. Right now, there is no major threat of a Korean attack on mainland US, and that is the only reason why Trump is not scaling back his rhetoric.
