This is not the correct details, for the rank upgradation you have post that is right but once in 14 days the rank gets updated according to the activity.

Yes that is right you have to be active in this forum since the posts you are going to submit is where the number of activity is being based. There is a thread "Beginners & Help" that might help answer some of your basic questions about this forum. You might want to read in there first.

There is basically only one way to upgrade the rank of your account over here, you need to gain activity points by doing posts.
Bear in mind, that you have to do constructive posts, not only meanless moaning which won't be useful for anybody.

I suggest you staying out of the discussion for now, and just educating yourself in bitcoin and cryptocurrences ( if you are really a newbie here ), and after some time, when you will gain confidence in cryptocurrency subjects, then starting posting is a wise idea.
Obviously, you can post in many different sections such as off-topic or local, but if you want to get into signature campaining ( I assume you want, because that is one of the reasons why account rank is important for you ) sections like "Local" and "Off-topic" will be probably excluded from the places you can post in to get payed.

this is only half true, if youve been reading through the platform, you would know that there is a merit system.

While having activity, it is now required that you have a certain amount of merit beforre you can upgrade to the next level.

For member rank, you need to have 10 merits, as well as the required number of activites.

I think the first thing you will need to do is to step back and think about the Internet. Putting your email address on public display is not the safest thing you can do. Before you invest in anything crypto related, you should read up on security.

you just need to stay active and post on bitcoin talk everyday because you can only receive 14 activity points in 2 weeks but only 1 activity point a day so that is 1 point a day for 2 weeks straight. to go from newbie to jr.member you only need 30 points but then to go from jr.member to member you need 60 points and also 10 merits which is harder to get and a lot of users have a problem with this.
