a recommendation is not that necessary because you can see the feedbacks of people in a escrow from their trust rating, but a list of escrows is and it

can be found in just a simple search here. this whole thing will depend on what kind of transaction will you be doing and your budget. if you want

escrows without a fee then your options narrowed. you can find the details on their ann thread. the guy above me already provided the list.

There are many great people that offer escrow service, everything is about which one of them do you want to choose.
Obviously, to do an escrow service you need to have positive trust, your account should be legendary or at least hero, and people have to know you ( obviously account cannot be bought ).
From the bitcointalk.org users I really like, I would suggest you zazarb or lutpin.
There are more users who do such a thing, for example you can also choose Dudeperfect. It is only up to you, who will make this service for you.

If you need the escrow service urgently then you do not need to contact those who are offline. I am saying it because currently the three in them are offline while only one person is online which is yahoo62278 . He is a recommended person for escrow as he have worked for dozens of signature campaign as an escrow

I also like to suggest you to use sebastianju as escrow because he is quite active as well as his fee is not much. He have already handled over millions $ worth for different altcoin ICOs without any problem.

However don't forget to read all his escrow terms and condition before taking any decision.
