Paybis exchange?

I never tried it but I saw some people wearing their signature on the forums and I thought I should ask about it. It's probably one of the few exchanges that accept multiple payment methods including gift cards without the need of verification (If you are sending bitcoin). If someone here used it, I'd appreciate an honest review/feedback.

Don't know how they are allowing their users to buy bitcoin with paypal as far as i know paypal strictly restrict any bitcoin related transactions so i think we have to be careful when using them.

Another thing is that they have very high fees compared to other similar service i have used before to exchange bitcoin to perfectmoney and vice versa. Paying 4% for BTC to PM doesn't sound good along with 50 USD minimum limit.

The website appears to be legit though i am yet to try them but when i checked https://paybis.com/buy-perfectmoney-with-paypal i discovered that verification is required however it is not stated the type of verification process.
I will give them a try this week and post my review on how it all goes.
I forgot to add that they have a good support for customers.

I asked a few questions the support as well, they are very good. As for the verification, when you are the one spending bitcoin (or other irreversible payment method) a verification is not needed but when you are the one using PayPal or something else reversible then a verification is required. Keep us updated please!

I use it to transfer BTC to Paypal, arround 500usd, fees are little high 5-10% and they change them very often .. i saw three difference fees (5%, 8%, 10%) for just previous week.

Transfer was made just fine, no problems, i recieved money on PayPal right after BTC transaction was confirmed.

I have used them multiple times during the last few weeks (for selling my BTC to Skrill) and I had nothing but good, fast and smooth transactions, I recommend using them.

I tried to exchange BTC to skrill. My first transaction went through fast and fees was 1%(Paybis) .5% (Skrill) and now I tried to trade again but this time fees showing 10%? I tried to order the same amount. How much you paid them in fees?

I started using some time ago and back then, the fees were 0.95%. I've just checked my recent transaction and they were either 4.95% or 2.95% but never as high as 10%. I've never paid attention to it, to be honest, but and now you're mentioning it, it's very possible that the fees change automatically based on bitcoin's price or some other criteria.

I've tried to make an exchange now, and the fees showing are 1.95% (USD). If you change to EUR or GBP however, you'll see that the fees are increasing to 2.95% and 9.95% which is very strange.

Something I've missed apparently and that's worth mentioning is that they started forcing KYC, so If you're against that, you might want to rethink about using them.

Thanks for that information.  Okay that makes sense for them to do KYC for neteller since well they have to make sure those are your neteller funds and are legit.


But is there any issue if you are a US Citizen though with a US passport with a neteller account?  The reason why I could use neteller is because I'm abroad basically all year and outside the US and have a utility bill in my name so I used that as my verification documents years ago and neteller was okay with that.  Thus i use those neteller funds to deposit into gambling sites and then withdraw back to neteller.  Then when i want to trade these neteller funds for US funds, I have few people that would trade their zelle/boa for my neteller.  But right now not much people need neteller so i want a way to convert it to crypto at least.

@jerry0 Before doing any exchange read all details about them, it's much better for you and your funds because they have list of restricted countries and US states, another thing fees is very high which is also concerned for many.
If you have Neteller funds and want to exchange them for bitcoin or USDT I am also waiting for this exchange please post here, maybe we are able to help each other in this case.

An alternative to Neteller withdrawal service or CEXes would be to just exchange with other individuals. If you're not willing to verify your identity, then the currency exchange board or localCryptos is the way to go. When doing so, I suggest you be transparent about the source of the funds, as some people can be against it as well.

Yes, they are allowing this because I talk to support about this, and they reply is as under you can check.
But I will never recommend this because they are taking fees which is very high, we have some better options available here on this forum for this exchange.

Hey.  Yes I heard that recently neteller allows you to actually withdraw the crypto to your own crypto wallet address now.  They do mention ten countries but i wanted to know the full list of them.  My neteller is non-US.
I mentioned I'm a US citizen though but im abroad outside the US basically all year.  Thus I could only access my non US neteller account only when abroad.  So i wanted to know if anyone had the full list of the ten countries that Neteller is allowing you to withdraw your crypto in neteller to your own wallet.  Again, if I could do this, I wouldn't need to look for someone or an exchange for this.

Yea I get what you mean with the legitimacy of the funds and that is why some people wouldn't want to accept neteller or skrill funds if they were fraudulent funds.


Yea I had my neteller account for many years and have used it all the time for depositing/withdrawing into gambling sites etc.  And thus I normally trade it with a few contacts of mine who i been trading for years for their boa/zelle.  


So that is why im looking for a way to trade my neteller funds for btc/crypto for a small or no fee etc.  Again I normally trade my neteller USD funds with few contacts of mine for boa/zelle.  Yea if anyone is selling their neteller or paypal etc and giving a few discount, obviously you should stay away from it and those funds are most likely fraudulent.  Thus that is why im looking for the best rates for it since my funds are legit.  I mean, im not going to pay 10% fee to convert my neteller for btc/crypto etc.

Just google "exchange_name verification process" and you should find a step-by-step guide. As to whether it's secure or not, I believe all these services use reputable third parties for identity verification (like Onfido), but there have been incidents in the past where the KYC selfies and documents have been leaked so there is always that risk.

Although I do agree that these requirements are a bit too much, I'm almost certain that these platforms wouldn't have requested them if they were required to.

For now, we're stuck with these platforms, but with the rise of DEXes, and decentralized cross-chain protocols being under development, I'm pretty sure that CEXes won't be a thing a few years from now, not when dealing with crypto anyway.

I am checking my neteller account.  I do see crypto in the tab and it allows me to buy/sell.  However, I don't believe I could withdraw the crypto to my own wallet?  How do you know if your country is allowed for you to withdraw it to your own wallet?  It mention only 11 countries allow this option so how do you know if you can?



I want to withdraw the crypto to my own wallet and not have it there... like paypal which would be pointless.

Yes that is how much neteller charges assuming you aren't vip.  So there is a sending fee.

I cannot use binance as I am American.  My account I cannot submit KYC due to me being American.  Back then I had no issues using it but that was before KYC.

It should be possible to convert the currency within your personal wallet. Isn't? I'm not sure how much would they cost thougH. As for whether they would accept your documents or not, then again, they're the only ones who could answer that question, but AFAIK, there are some platforms that accept residence permits (assuming that you have one).

You mean converting skrill to neteller?  I think you can do this but you still have to pay a fee for this.  I have neteller and skrill usd accounts but all my funds are in neteller now.

No, I don't mean Skrill. You said that BitPanda only supports Neteller USD and yours is EUR, so I asked you to convert the currency within your account or whenever you're sending it, it should be possible. I know that many online wallets providers do that (PayPal is an example).
