@jerry0
AFAIK, and as I said in a
previous post a few months ago, it should be okay to exchange gambling funds. I would still suggest you read the TOS though, just to be safe.
I couldn't find anything on Neteller's official website but according to
this article, the crypto-withdrawal service is only available for 10 countries, including the UK, Chile, Canada, and Australia. The rest of the countries hasn't been mentioned but I still doubt that the U.S is among them.
An alternative to Neteller withdrawal service or CEXes would be to just exchange with other individuals. If you're not willing to verify your identity, then the
currency exchange board or
localCryptos is the way to go. When doing so, I suggest you be transparent about the source of the funds, as some people can be against it as well.
Hey. Yes I heard that recently neteller allows you to actually withdraw the crypto to your own crypto wallet address now. They do mention ten countries but i wanted to know the full list of them. My neteller is non-US.
I mentioned I'm a US citizen though but im abroad outside the US basically all year. Thus I could only access my non US neteller account only when abroad. So i wanted to know if anyone had the full list of the ten countries that Neteller is allowing you to withdraw your crypto in neteller to your own wallet. Again, if I could do this, I wouldn't need to look for someone or an exchange for this.
The source of funds will be always a problem , when we talk about receive in wallets such paypal, neteller or skrill,
Can put us in a danger position, and funds and the account frozen, sometimes for investigation. Many cases of this was happenned in Brazil around 3 years ago, when the wallets was banned fron sportbooks and casino, and was made some kind of "private services" to contouring this.
Its all about trust and feeling i guest,
But he walks from topic in topic looking for the best "rates" can be a good indicator for the legitimacy of the funds.
My 2 cents
Yea I get what you mean with the legitimacy of the funds and that is why some people wouldn't want to accept neteller or skrill funds if they were fraudulent funds.
Yea I had my neteller account for many years and have used it all the time for depositing/withdrawing into gambling sites etc. And thus I normally trade it with a few contacts of mine who i been trading for years for their boa/zelle.
So that is why im looking for a way to trade my neteller funds for btc/crypto for a small or no fee etc. Again I normally trade my neteller USD funds with few contacts of mine for boa/zelle. Yea if anyone is selling their neteller or paypal etc and giving a few discount, obviously you should stay away from it and those funds are most likely fraudulent. Thus that is why im looking for the best rates for it since my funds are legit. I mean, im not going to pay 10% fee to convert my neteller for btc/crypto etc.

Skrill and Neteller both deal with gambling sites, so that's probably not an issue. The issue here is whether Paybis allow these transactions or not.
Yes, they are allowing this because I talk to support about this, and they reply is as under you can check.
But I will never recommend this because they are taking fees which is very high, we have some better options available here on this forum for this exchange.
Hey. So how much fees is it to convert from neteller to btc/crypto? From looking at that pictures, its total of 8%? If so, thats really high.
But do you know if a US citizen could create an account there? Again im a US citizen that is abroad and outside the US almost all year. So years ago, I created a neteller account and sent in my nonUS verification documents to get verified and got verified with neteller. I had used my nonUS utility bill to do this. They accepted my US documents since I'm outside the US and had a nonUS utility bill in my name. So I sent in the same verification documents to many gambling sites a while back so thats how I could play on those sites.
Again if neteller allowed me to buy crypto on their site and withdraw that crypto to my crypto wallet... then I wouldn't need to look for someone to trade etc. Though I do see neteller charges a fee to buy crypto but its less than 2% from what I recall which to me is still fair though much more expensive than most sites.
