I think it's abbreviated as PCSO in the Philippines, it is owned and controlled by their government corporation to raise revenues to fund health, and other medical programs for charitable purposes. I've actually read about it once or twice and is actually legal if you buy them on booths or outlets in certain areas of the country. Anyways for the 3 digit prediction, what are the assurances that we get back the bet amount for sold out prediction? How do we know you did bet the amount or are you just trolling around and harvesting bitcoins from newbies or who else. This post really made my day!

• The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) clarified only unlicensed online gaming companies would be covered by President Duterte’s closure order.
• is it operating from the Philippines ?
• is it fully licensed?

Swertres game is legal in the country of Philippines and yest op is basing on the results of the lottery but talking about fhe price per ticket its too expensive since i can bet directly to an outlet which cost me 0.20$ just like been mentioned by other member not to this over price tickets and op would really make lots of money just on the tickets itself.

I actually from the Philippines and I always stake in the swetres but I always lose, hehehe Its a game of prediction and luck.
