I think you're missing the point. The majority of members like myself have no idea about crypto and could care less about the trading of tokens. They are there for the members only aspect of a private club and access to ufc types, porn stars, hot girls and various celebrities.  I don't worry about the price because I'm a user not a seller. The club is selling memberships that are represented by a token and giving me something that I want. I happen to think the price of the token will rise because I know Vegas very well.  In the Vegas universe, $5000 is cheap so I am glad the club is concerned about real money and real people. Did your token offer the owners any benefit in the real world?  And you're links to Toshidesk point to empty pages so I guess your projects died? A little bit of PR buzz on a hot club in Vegas and the demand for memberships (and therefore the token) soars.  It's an obvious home run IF you know the club market in Vegas.

What I am concern of is being dumped on for participating in the ICO...That means the 15% discount was just a coy to bait us in to be slaughter?

This is the point I'm trying to make - but Mr Crypto guy over there has no idea about Crypto trying to make a point that just fails to make any sense.

Sounds to me like this:
After the presale is over the tokens are returned to the LR and then people can contact the LR directly to buy a membership.
Then they will get 1 Membership sold for a) 5000$ or b) the marketprice on bittrex (5000 x token price)
-> Tokens are sent off-market to the Membership buyers.

Sounds to me like selling on the open market if outside demand is not met.

The club sells memberships. Why would they stop selling memberships because the sale ends? Obviously these kind of clubs have grand openings,  more people will hear about Legends Room and then want to buy memberships.  The club uses tokens for currency inside the club. Should they stop selling it because the sale is over?

And when celebrities like Flo Rida are in the house people will want to go to the club. Nice job guys.

This is actually interesting. The possibility here is also that more clubs and events adopt LGD which would be really cool. I also don't necessarily think they will 'dump them on the market' since they do state that they will sell memberships for LGD, which means fiat would pay for them outside of the Bittrex market, and it's highly unlikely that the new owners would sell their LGD or even know how to.

No one who buys a membership with fiat is going to take the time to learn how to open a bittrex account. Then sell it for BTC. Then transfer the BTC to Coinbase to get fiat?  Never going to happen. There is no fiat option on bittrex. They do know how to get huge press for crypto which can only help everybody in and out of crypto.

I kinda got to agree with you here although there could be developed a simple app where people who haven't got time could exchange fiat to LGD or vice versa. Within promotions ppl may get attracted to it and more and more members going to use the benefit of this currency in the future.
