Seems like you have bought one of the "stealth" paypal accounts that is registered using completely fake information.

In this case there is really nothing you can do. However there is this guy here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1624812.0 that says he is offering a cashout service for paypal whether or not your account is legit or not.

He takes a large cut though, but it's better than all of your money gone.

You cant remove your PayPal limitation if you use a fake identity.Paypal needs some real documents to remove your limitation.

But you can make a another account with your real identity and send that funds to your new account that you created with your real identity.
Next time dont use fake identities if you using paypal  to avoid some problems (like your problem)

The problem that you used fake personal details on PayPal account and I don't think that anyone can help you. I know that many people using fake names on PayPal for important reasons, but you have to take risk, because PayPal carefully checking money movement and other information.
