There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Bitcoin, you may not be a lot of things but one thing you are not, is boring.

I see it rebounding quickly.  Hardly anything in the way of asks right now.
I rest my case.

Ok ok Op called it correctly.

Although it's not a crash... it's just a professional tree shake.

I sold at 146, bought back at 139, sold again at 126, bought back at 121.
In total I made 12 extra coins out of playing with my pocket money. I call it a day.

So op, please join me in expressing our thankful gratitude to the deep-pocketed-manipulator who shook the tree this time.
And btw... we are already at 138... hope you bought back in fast enough.

But why the drop?

the market was extremely overbought in the short term.

the irrational bulls started to march, and they played a game of musical chairs until someone suddenly sat down at $160 even though the music was still playing and then...

boom.

this sentence has fifteen words, seventy-four letters, four commas, one hyphen, and a period.

Wow I went out to get some food I return to see price at 140 with a sharp line down right before it, I missed the dip. Insane didn't expect this at all. I hope it holds above 140. what the ppl calling for crash don't understand that a crash will damage bitcoin. Its healthy for bit coin to keep rising with minor corrections along the way.

We do understand it's bad for Bitcoin.

However, it's better to have a 50% drop now than a 90% drop in 6 months.

It's hilarious that you guys are saying market manipulators brought the price down versus market manipulators pumping the price up. You're telling me that the price jumping up over $25 in under 1 minute is not manipulation? LOL.

Timing is everything. It could go either way from here. People are too hasty. I can't day trade right now so I'm waiting to go all in and buy... if the price doesn't go low enough I won't do it. No skin off my back. But I'm going to watch very keenly. Mt Gox isn't stable right now.
