I invested some ETH on this ICO, and looks like was the worst investment I did in my life, and I'm starting to consider that my money was completely lost.

These guys are not giving us any update about this project. I also invested in some other ICOs and in all of them I'm receiving weekly or monthly updates about the project, from prospectors I'm not receiving any update.

Dev team: You SHOULD give us an update about this project in a 15 days basis, or something like that.

Some questions:
You are developing something?
In which step of dev you are?
How may developers you have?
You are just focus on this project?
When you expect to deliver the game?
Which changes you are facing?
PGL will be listed in other exchanges?

I too wanted to know more what is going on with this project. I have not heard anything about this for the past few months now. Can the devs please tell us what is happening with this project? Any updates that we can check on?

It's a usual story on this thread. No answers and no updates. Seems like devs do not care about their investors and project itself...

Hey guys! Sorry for the silence on our part, I'll try to explain what's happening.

We are still very much working hard, don't take the silence as us being lazy or bored. We are still of course developing the game, we just could not get around to helping the community as much but we will now fix all of that. So here's some updates.

The technical part of the game is pretty much almost ready but there's still some work to be done on the design aspect. We also have some other plans regarding keeping you guys updated with what's happening (blog posts, road map, etc) so keep an eye out and be sure to follow us on facebook (https://www.facebook.com/prospectors.io/) or any other social media to receive the news first.

The biggest piece of news for now is that the sign up for the beta test is available NOW! You can do that on the website: https://prospectors.io/ but you might want to hurry up as there's only 68 spots left. The sooner you sign up the better.

As for me, I'm the new community manager at Prospectors (I'm also active in the Telegram chat - https://t.me/prospectorsgame if you have any further questions) and I'll try my best to help with your questions and concerns.

Hey guys!

Quick update:

Just wanted to let you know that we're still working hard on the game but from now on we're going to start showing previews of the pictures and the designs from the game.

For now, here's a sneak peek on how the building progress will look like in-game. Players will be able to extract gold from multiple game assets, (created personally by them or by other players). One way to do that would be from the gold mine which can be upgraded to increasing levels.

Not real tech savy, but with the beta it would be real??? Whatever we do. Or would it reset like the practice game.

Did you guys know the story of the first female prospector - Klondike Kate? (also sometimes called Queen of the Yukon)

Not only was she a gold prospector, but she was also an entrepreneur at heart and a political activist - all very unusual activities for women at that time. But this didn't stop her, her motto was: "I wasn't built for going backwards.When I once step forward, I must go ahead."

She gained her fame as a dancer and became a star during the Klondike Gold Rush, where she later met Alexander Pantages - who went on to become a very successful motion picture and circus star.

Growing up, Klondike Kate had little interest in education and instead spent more time thinking about other ways to disregarding the rules.
After performing for years on stage, even into her 40s, Kate Rockwell headed to Oregon where she claimed some land. As time went on, she became more known for her charitable work and other entrepreneurial activities. According to the locals: "She was a fund-raising dynamo, able to shake down almost any business or person for a contribution to a social cause; during the Great Depression she made gallons and gallons of soup to help out the hobos".

Truly an inspiring figure, especially considering the time period where women did not have as many rights as men. Despite the popular conception that men were most of the original prospectors, women, like Klondike Kate, also played a huge part in the gold rush history.

Hey guys!

Here's another quick game design sneak peek:

Everything in this world of alternative reality is situated on the map.

Every player can view what is happening where: who registers new lots, what is being built, etc. In addition, the map can show the location of visible raw materials (wood, water, clay, and stone).

One of the main materials is clay. Players can mine and extract it from the clay quarry, after building it. Clay is generally used for manufacturing pottery or other tools.

Here's a quick game design preview:

Charcoal production:

Charcoal, a counterpart of coal, is an efficient method of fuel used for smelting. It is usually made by smelting wood in a furnace. As well as sharing a similar appearance, charcoal acts mostly like coal, and likewise can also be used to make other materials and crafts.

Charcoal itself is usually produced by slow pyrolysis — the heating of wood or other substances in the absence of oxygen, and the production building can be upgraded to speed up the process and make it even more efficient.
