Now that it's official, I really can't believe it.  Auba signed with Arsenal for a club record 56M GBP.  After being linked to Man City, Real and even Bayern at the last transfer window it feels like the Gunners is a down grade for him.  Lol.

I’d say that Lucas Moura was very lucky to have been able to join a club like Tottenham Hotspur after his exit from PSG, I’m sure he is definitely regretting not moving to Manchester United al those years ago and chose to follow the money to PSG.

I can't believe Wenger would suddenly turn his head for that sort of price tag, that's seriously not in his keeping. If the club is preparing for his exit, it could be that they just want to ship out all the players who might actually drop in performance if Wenger goes, while the Auba move is going to anchor down some quality to help fill the management void at the end of the season. At the same time, his discipline problems might be the reason City and other suitors weren't a 100% keen.

Maybe I'm sentimental but after Ferguson left Utd, and now finally Wenger about to go, we've really seen the end of the Premier League era as we've known it. Arsenal fans can't be blamed for being hungry for more than the past decade.... but I'm not sure they appreciate fully how difficult it will be for any successor.

Ahh , this kinda make sense and why didnt I think of this possibility before. It is definitely not wenger's style to be signing player with that kind of tag. With the way Arsenal are currently spending and recruiting players, I don't think that Arsene Wenger is just going to retire at the end of the season with all these purchases, The Arsenal fans are going to have to deal with him again next season but he hasn't been unsuccessful though, he has won some trophies through out the years.

Replacing Coutinho is really not a priority for Liverpool at the moment, they have enough attackers so it doesn't really matter at all, their priority was a defender that was why they spent such a ridiculous amount on Virgil Vin Dijk but he is not solving their problems at all.

Perhaps their priority right now is to ensure that their defensive line is the best in premier league next season? It wasnt the best choice for them indeed. I'm more waiting for Wenger's departure than Conte's departure. I'm tired of Arsene Wengr, this season Arsenal did not appear attractive, they were thrown from the big 5 and left far enough from fifth position. Really this season should be Arsene Wenger's last season at Arsenal. If Wenger's replacement is Tuchel, that would be a very good thing for Arsenal. We already know the cohesiveness between Miki and Aubameyang, I'm sure if they return to Tuchel's hands, they will be even more fierce.
