This is wrong; firstly 80% of the players at Manchester United would not be overhauled; this is not a fifa game. Secondly; the squad itself is due for an overhaul; with the likes of Matic, Mata, Lingard, Pogba, Jones, Cavani leaving at the end of their contract leaving Manchester United short of players.

Thirdly, Ten Hag does not need 3 years to succeed; he needs to start succeeding right from the summer. Get him a midfield player comfortable with playing from the back; Integrate the 4-2-3-1 that the players love (Ten Hag loves 4-2-3-1 too). Get Rashford and Sancho firing; Get Awb and Shaw in good form or find replacements because Dalot / Telles are terrible replacements for AWB / Shaw.

Its going to be an interesting summer; but 80% of the squad will remain with the team

Actually Gabriel Jesus really not happy as substitution player with his level, maybe looking for new club and Arsenal have interested to get him on mext window transfers. Yes, it does look likely he'll leave Bayern. It's a shame to see him go, but at the same time, he's still one of the best players in the world, and he has only really played top football in Germany. It must be hugely enticing to be offered a chance to play for another European giant, and to test himself in another league... particularly at a time when Barca are no longer as dominant as they once were, and there is a chance for him to help restore them to their former status.

And it seems more likely now given that Barca have offloaded Coutinho to Aston Villa, and so freed up a chunk of the wage bill.
