I would say he still got a few in him. For players who are old and experienced, I would say they still put a lot to the team by guiding the young players. Take Zlatan for example, who didn't played much of time for Milan but still the team follows his guidance and they respect him as well.

I also think most likely should be last for Ribery but it's upto him how he feels physically and if he will able to stretch till then.

I am not sure if it is really that sad. I mean he is still playing for a club in one of the 4 strongest football leagues in the world. Of course that is nowhere near the same level as he was at his long time at Bayern Munich where he reached the Champions League semi-final and even the final many times and even could win the trophy once.
If he still enjoys to play football and a club still wants his service, then i see no harm if he continues to play another year. I don't follow the Italian League that closely so i don't really know how often Ribery has played last season or how important he still is for his team but it seems like he was important enough to be offered another contract.

Zlatan will certainly want to experience that Champions League adventure with Milan next season. He will be 41 then, but in theory 40 or 41 that shouldn't matter much either. However, the years will count. Zlatan is too big a fan to stop playing football. He has also had quite a few clubs. Maybe one day he will go back to Sweden to play at a club where he once started. You can easily do that at 40+. And he no longer has to do it for the money. Yet there are secretly some CL clubs that would like to have Zlatan at the moment.

Yes, currently the French midfielder is admired by several big European clubs. Aurelien Tchouameni has been linked with a move to Madrid, but has yet to make a decision on his future. The AS Monaco midfielder has impressed in Ligue 1 this season, attracting the attention of leading clubs in England and Spain and PSG are also reportedly preparing for a transfer this summer.

Not sure about Conte's plans here as to why do they need a striker when they already have Kane and Son? So most likely I think he should be a backup option here.
