I don't think Neymar will just leave PSG. why would he leave there? okay, PSG has disappointed every year in the Champions League for the last few years, but basically they have the best players in the world together in a team. Then you want to stay with that club as a player, right? Neymar will be even more eager to take revenge to win the Cl once. And Messi also likes to play with Neymar and Mbape. I don't see Neymar playing any time soon in the English league either. If he does, then City seems to be the only club for him.

Sooner than later, raphinha will be announced as Chelsea players that's my believe. Recently, Barcelona can't compete with Chelsea in terms of funds, so with the look of things now its clear that Chelsea has the upper hand of bringing raphinha to the team.
