If you look at Chelsea's current condition, they actually make Richarlison an alternative choice because I see some rumors saying that they are still interested in Gabriel Jesus and when Gabriel can't be signed Richarlison can be a pretty good option.

Yes, when players are not comfortable and want to leave, even if they are maintained they will not be optimal in my opinion.
