It looks like it will be difficult for Milan to sign Joshua Zirkzee, and I think there are 2 things that cause it. Reportedly, Calafiori is also in demand by PSG and Chelsea. Bologna has a release clause from Basel. Basel will get 50% of the proceeds from the sale of Calafiori.

That's a very good buy for Arsenal right there if the rumors are true. £40 million is a good offer and I don't see Blogona rejecting that offer. Calafiori will Excel in the premier league especially in a team like Arsenal. One thing I like about Arteta is that he has eyes for good players, hopefully this one won't turn out like Timber who they bought last season but he spent most of season on the sideline nursing injuries. I will say Basel were very smart with that sell on clause, agreement they had with Bologna, now they are going to benefit a huge amount from the player sale. I just hope Arsenal are not turned down by Blogona, but if the player has already agreed personal terms with Arsenal, Blogona won't stand in his way, the only thing I see that's going to cause a little setback is that Blogona might be asking for the full amount £42 million which I think shouldn't be a problem for Arsenal if they truly want the player.

Chelsea will loan Romelu Lukaku again, this time probably to Napoli.

Nowadays there is talk that Osimhen could be transferred to Chelsea. Napoli could partially fill Osimhen's void with Lukaku. I think such a swap between the two clubs would make sense.
