I don't even think we'll see what the punishment is until 10 years later. The process is quite slow, as far as I've heard the investigation started years ago but we only heard about it in the last 2 years or so iirc. The FA or anyone in charge needs to refine the rules since people will try to find loopholes to justify how they can spend so much money on transfers. On the other hand, not buying anyone because they have this ongoing case would be suicide since it's clear City players lack the energy to do what Guardiola asked them to. CMIIW.

It's official!!! several football news including sky sports Italia and English are broadcasting that Kyle Walker is currently in Italy due to a loan deal to AC Milan, he's passed his medicals and wants to complete the loan deal with an option to buy him permanently, Kyle Walker was one of the finest players under Pep Guardiola and he has lots of experience, i believe he'll shine in Ac Milan and they'll likely retain him permanently and even if they don't Manchester City might likely offload him to another club and replace him with a much younger player, i believe so cause they won't be thinking of loaning him to AC Milan if his time wasn't up. I would say that the best thing for Casemiro is whatever he wants. I know he's a great defender, but to be honest I would like him to go to any league except the MLS, The MLS is a direct path to retirement. I think that the level drops so much that even the players on their own lose a lot of their condition. It's more like playing a more relaxed football with less pressure , the emotions are not the same. For me, Saudi football is at a very good level, and for Casemiro it fits very well.

If Garnacho wants to continue with his development he shouldn't go to Chelsea. Chelsea are not that good in managing young players. They signed a good number of young players since their new owners took over, and so far it's only cole Palmer that has really established himself. The others are not doing too well. Chelsea have lots of players playing in the position that Garnacho is playing or do they intend keeping him on the bench? Garnacho should go to Napoli he will develop faster under Antonio Conte. It seems Chelsea are not done with player signings even after signing 12 plus players in the summer they are still not settled on player signings. A number of names have been linked with Chelsea this January already and so far just a few players from the last transfer window have managed to make positive impact since joining.
