Where's actually the golden opportunity? Barcelona almost not able to include Dani Olmo and Pau Victor on their squad de to FFP rules, Luis Diaz might end up similar since he's a top player and his salary is high.

I don't see any golden opportunity for a player to move from a top club in the English Premier and move to a club that is having some financial problems. It will all depend on his choice, maybe Barca is his dream club. But Liverpool is in a perfect position both in the EPL and UCL.

I'm not sure that this transfer can take place, PSG made the first offer to Napoli, they offer 40m for Kvaratskhelia, but De Laurentiis will not let the player go for less than 80m, so knowing how stubborn De Laurentiis can be, he will not lower the price. Kvaratskhelia does not express a desire to extend the contract with Napoli, and is looking for other opportunities to extend his career in other teams, in the summer he refused PSG, now it seems that he is not against doing this.
