But this is so unfair in this business. Once you have been a manager of a team, you will always find a new position no matter how bad you are, how rare your successes and achievements are, and how bad you made a good team look. It doesn't matter.

So far he not have many glorious achievements other than when he coached Brighton before, when coaching Chelsea he was considered to have failed to handle a team full of stars and even then, he brought Chelsea to 11th place in the Premier League standings by reach 12 wins, 8 draws, and 11 losses during his time in coaching, even the situation at that time was more difficult with his failure to lead Chelsea to the FA title and in the end made him have to be sacked, the signing of Graham Potter may be the right move for Westham, because I think he is indeed more suitable to coach a mid-table and lower-division team because the expectations may be lighter than when coaching a big team.

West Ham appointment of Graham potter is quite a good appointment, west ham have endured quite a bad run of games and results have not gone there way recently, it’s been a bad season for them so far, Sacking Lopetegui is a good decision. And appointing someone in graham potter is a good choice. Looking at his records in Brighton and a short spell at Chelsea he did very well with the Brighton team bringing them from the championship and making them a premier league club not fighting for relegation, I think Brighton is still benefiting from Graham Potter system. His time at Chelsea was a little bit unstable because Chelsea doesn’t give managers time to build a team and the owner in person as Todd Boely never allowed potter to take full control of transfer decisions. And this affected his time as Chesea because he wasn’t making the decisions himself. So I think Graham is going to do absolutely fine at Westham because he is a good manager and has a good system of football playing styles.

Some of these injuries that hardly allow players to play their best is because of the club medical, sometimes we just have to blame it on the poor medical team of a particular club. Some players who we see as injury prone, if they leave their current club to another you'd see them play every week without any form of injury preventing them from playing. I feel if Araujo leave to another club, like Juve as you said I think he won't be having much injury.
It seems like some of these players are making their move because of money and they haven't stayed up to 6 months and they're already request for transfer, is not cool at all. Back then players will give their all to the new club before leaving. Douglas is not even as good as we saw him play at West Ham, he's not as regular like in West Ham. Is like Juventus are getting the wrong players for no reason. Douglas have not done anything productive for the Old Ladies since he joined the side. As for Zirkzee, he's a waste of fund. The guy has no quality of a good striker, I don't know maybe is because he's playing for Manchester United that's why he's walking around on the pitch instead of playing football.

Juventus dosent get any good transfers lately. They were a club that i loved how they play now they just get some avg players that cannot make a difference. Zikrzee came to Man Utd but just couldnt get into their style and he should go back to Italy where he dominated on the field. Also Man Utd needs to act fast time is passing and no one was signed yet.

There was back story before this transfer saga that is been discussed about Napoli and Osimhen. I believed you remember that time when their TikTok admin posted his video and comparing him his head to a coconut head. That made him angry and deleted his gallery on Instagram about Napoli and alot of criticism and talks were going on the internet, some people says he was immature to do that while some were expecting apologies from Napoli particularly the official statement but instead they gave him silent treatment and stop including him in games.

That's when his interest in the club reduce, he wasn't interested anymore but the transfer deadline was coming to end. Napoli was ready to let him go, Manchester United was there best bid but Osimhen wasn't interested in the wages, too poor for his worth with what he has done for Napoli and that was how the club was just furious about everything. After sacked Chelsea on April 2023 Graham Potter has no job and last summer he was linked to the several clubs such as Marseille and England National team but seems this only a rumour and i think when West Ham decide to hire him this is the right choice and we all know that Potter can't handle a big club like Chelsea but he was a good manager when he was in charge of a mediocre club like Brighton

This deal will probobly be done both sides are up for it. Marmoush would be a great addition to the Man City team that is struggling a lot and this opens other strategies of maybe going in attack with two strikers or moving Marmoush to the wing. Any club that wants Victor Osimhen should be able to give him at least the same wages he gets in Galastataray or above. His worth has not deprecated since he is still banging goals and giving quality assists. If Manchester United wants him they know what to do. They should simply negotiate with Napoli and give the striker a better package. If they think he is too expensive, there are still other sound and cheaper players in the market.

Conte has no any reason to sell Khvicha Kvaratskhelia at this point in time because he is a very talented creative midfielder as a well as a play maker of Napoli he consistently set up assist thus selling hm in January transfer window might affect their title bid, recall some few weeks ago when Napoli striker Lukaku was firing blank i.e not scoring goals many Napoli fans blamed Conte for allowing Osimen to leave on loan and I am quite sure Conte wouldn't give room for a mistake of selling Khvicha Kvaratskhelia this time around obviously it might be some speculation else the squad would struggle to compete with Atalanta, Lazio and other Italian Seria A teams ,
